    The 2025 FLAAPM Fall Meeting will be rescheduled and held virtually via Zoom on Thursday, OCT 16th (full day) and Friday, OCT 17th (half day).

    • A link to the Zoom meeting will be provided the week of the meeting


    Registration Categories & Fees:

    • Vendor Registration - $150
      • Vendor registration includes the display of a single promotional slide that will be displayed on a rotating schedule at all times that presentations are not occurring along with the contact information of the attendees. Slides will be displayed for 20 seconds before moving to the next vendor slide.
      • Please submit your single promotional PowerPoint slide (in widescreen format) to Dr. Marina Sala, PHD, MBA at inasala@gmail.com by 10/10/2025.
    • Vendor Speaker Registration - $500 (Maximum of 4 registrations)
    • Speaker registrations include a 5-minute educational presentation slot between sessions in addition to the promotional slide and contact information for the attendees. Please note that presentations will need to be pre-recorded and submitted to Dr. Marina Sala, PHD, MBA at inasala@gmail.com by 10/10/2025.

    Continuing Education

    FLAAPM will apply for CAMPEP accreditation of up to 11.0 medical physics CE credit hours and 11.0 hours from the state of FL. 1.0 hour of medical errors and 1.0 hour of HIV/AIDs are planned.

    The 2025 FLAAPM Fall Meeting will be rescheduled and held virtually via Zoom on Thursday, Oct 16th (full day) and Friday, Oct 17th (half day).

    • A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to all registered attendees the week of the meeting
    • Presentations will be recorded and available to all registered attendees until 12/15/2025.
      • Note that CE credits are available if watching the presentations live or the recorded versions


    Registration Fees:

    • FLAAPM Member - $40
    • Non FLAAPM Member - $60
    • Student/Resident - Free

    Continuing Education:

    FLAAPM will apply for CAMPEP accreditation of up to 11.0 medical physics CE credit hours and 11.0 hours from the state of FL. 1.0 hour of medical errors and 1.0 hour of HIV/AIDS CEs are planned to be available.

    In order to receive CE credits a meeting evaluation must be completed. A link to the online evaluation will be provided at the conclusion of the meeting. All evaluations must be submitted by 10/10/2024 to receive CE credits.

    In an effort to facilitate vendor participation. The chapter will share the name, email address, and institution of attendees with the registered vendors.
