Room Rate:

  • $179.00/night (Garden Rooms) or $219.00/night (Main Tower)
    • Garden rooms are reached through an open air walkway while the main tower rooms are reached by walking indoors
  • $28.00/night resort fee
  • Parking fees will apply

Reservations:

  • Reservations can be made over the phone or online using the links below. Make sure to mention "American Association of Physicists in Medicine" if booking over the phone to receive the room rate.
  • Reservations must be made by 3/27/2023 to ensure that you receive the group rate

Registration

    • Registration includes a skirted table with 2 chairs in the vendor area. Internet and power access will be available.
    • Registered vendors will also receive the attendee list 1 week prior to the meeting.
    • Vendors who provide a promotional PowerPoint slide will have their slide displayed to the attendees in between presentations on a rotating basis.
    • Slides will be displayed for 20 seconds before transitioning to the next slide
