The CE form was mailed out today, Oct 17, 2025 at 11:30am. It will be open until Nov 1, 2025. If you have not received the form and attended the meeting, please reach out to flaapm@flaapm.com

Registration for FLAAPM Fall Meeting is now OPEN - OCT 16 to 17, 2025

Spring Meeting will be held 5/1/2025 to 5/3/2025. Registration will be open soon. We look forward to seeing you all next year.

• Meeting evaluations must be completed before 12/1/2024 to receive CE Credits

• • A link to the evaluation form will be provided via email at the conclusion of the meeting

• Presentations will be posted to YouTube and available for viewing until 12/1/2024

• • A link to the playlist will be provided via email at the conclusion of the meeting

• Attendance certificate will be sent out at the conclusion of the meeting
