The 2023 FLAAPM Fall Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Thursday, September 21st (full day) and Friday, September 22nd (half day).

Registration Categories & Fees:

• Vendor Registration - $150
• • Vendor registration includes the display of a single promotional slide that will be displayed on a rotating schedule at all times that presentations are not occurring along with the contact information of the attendees. Slides will be displayed for 20 seconds before moving to the next vendor slide.
  • Please submit your single promotional PowerPoint slide (in widescreen format) to Steve Herchko at Herchko.Steven@mayo.edu by 9/8/2023.

• Vendor Speaker Registration - $500 (Maximum of 4 registrations)
• • Speaker registrations include a 5 minute educational presentation slot between sessions in addition to the promotional slide and contact information for the attendees. Please note that presentations will need to be pre-recorded and submitted to Steve Herchko at herchko.steven@mayo.edu by 9/8/2023.

FLAAPM will apply for CAMPEP accreditation of up to 11.0 medical physics CE credit hours and 11.0 hours from the state of FL. 1.0 hour of medical errors and 1.0 hour of HIV/AIDs are planned.
