Registration

  • Registration includes a skirted table with 2 chairs in the vendor area. Internet and power access will be available.
  • Registered vendors will also receive the attendee list prior to the meeting.
  • Vendors who provide a promotional PowerPoint slide will have their slide displayed to the attendees in between presentations on a rotating basis.
    • Please send your promotional PowerPoint slide to herchko.steven@mayo.edu by 3/4/2022.

COVID-19

  • FLAAPM is taking the steps below to ensure the safety of our members and attendees
    • Full COVID-19 vaccination and the use of face masks while indoors is recommended
    • Where possible, meeting space will be adjusted to allow for physical distancing
    • Vendors will have the option of placing a sticker on their name bade to indicate their preferences to others
      • Red sticker = do not approach/maintain physical distance
      • Yellow sticker = masks preferred/minimize physical contact
      • Green sticker = no restrictions
